Glenda is a 200 hour RYT trained in Vinyasa Flow and is currently pursuing her 500 hour certification. She has a strong background in Iyengar yoga as well as Vinyasa, and loves to mix the two styles of yoga for a unique experience. Glenda grew up in Glencoe and lived around the world before moving back to Gadsden in 2014. She retired from a corporate IT job with a large insurance company in April 2022 and has a new mission to share her passion for yoga and the benefits of movement with as many people as she can. She currently teaches Mind/Body Yoga Flow, Mind/Body Yoga Slow, Beginner/No More Excuses Yoga, and is adding Chair Yoga to the schedule.
