Choosing the right gym is crucial to your success, which is why we offer recommendations for local gyms that best suit our workout and meal plan. We want to ensure you have access to the facilities and equipment necessary to excel and make the most of your training sessions.
With Body by Bush, you'll receive a 12-week program delivered straight to your email, meticulously crafted to include macro counting for every meal and day based on the specific body part being targeted in your workouts. This level of detail ensures that your nutrition aligns perfectly with your fitness regimen, maximizing your results and optimizing your performance.
You wouldn't buy a sports car, have it detailed, park it in a nice garage, then fill it with diesel fuel would you?
