Small food business owners! I'd like to find out from you if having access to a commercial kitchen in the Gadsden area would help you expand your business. I'd also like to know what a fair price would be and the sort of equipment you'd need access to so it would work best for you. Things like prep space, ovens, racks, cooktop, refrigeration, or any other needs are helpful too.
I know there's definitely some interest out there and for some of you this would help you sell to other businesses as a supplier
